Using compelling and scientifically based business storytelling and presenting best practice to drive results
Imagine a world where every presentation you give has the results you want. That is the power of great storytelling and presenting. I coach teams and individuals around how to deliver engaging presentations to target audiences in a way that drives impact. Having started with content storytelling, for example around patients stories, over the years I have expanded my expertise. Now I focus on supporting teams through fun and interactive training workshops around how to craft a compelling business story and then how to present that internally or externally. I also provide 1:1 coaching with individuals, taking them through similar course material or providing guidance around specific needs, such as an investor presentation.
I have developed a complete training programme that can be tailored to the individual client or team need. As part of this I have also developed my own business storytelling framework that is particularly suited for business clients. My coaching style is highly engaging and personalised, going at the pace needed.
The training curriculum includes:
- Introduction to business storytelling
- How to structure and use stories
- How to build and use storyboards
- How to develop impactful PowerPoints presentations
- Best practice presenting – face to face or virtual
Examples of work include:
- Full day training workshops for digital transformation teams to support transformation communications
- Training workshop with data and analytics teams around how to present data to senior management and non-data teams
- 1:1 coaching with scientists around how to present the science in a compelling way for non-scientists
- 1:1 coaching for entrepreneurs around how to build the business story and communicate the value proposition
- 1:1 coaching for start-ups to develop impactful investor pitch decks
- 1:1 guidance for individuals for their conference presentations
